I went on a quest to find the best eye cream but came back a little empty handed. I've come to the conclusion that the best eye cream is really just to use an anti aging cream. I haven't found that the "Special Eye Creams" work any better than just the ordinary wrinkle cream. I think it is something everyone should consider before spending big bucks on that special eye cream.

Does hemorrhoid cream work on getting rid of eye bags and under eye circles?
I heard that some ingredients in the cream that was proven to get eye bags and circles away have been taken out of the new formula. So does that mean that the new cream doesn’t work for eyes anymore?
Ok someone says it works. But why hemorrhoid cream??? Just the idea of it makes me queasy.

It used to be. Prep H was used to tighten up bags under the eyes. The FDA required the makers to change the formula because it wasn’t approved for that use.
The original formal is still available in Canada (as I understand).

Yes – it does – hemoroid cream reduces swelling. While it’s not ‘recommended’ for that use – it will reduce swelling from crying or anything like that under your eyes.
Prep H or the Walmart equivelant will work.
